Hi, my name is Sue Topham and I work with children (ages 8 – 18), individuals and groups to reconnect with their inner mental resilience and well being.

I believe in encouraging everyone to understand and discover how their minds truly work so that they can manage their thoughts and emotions, to be in control of their lives once again.

I encourage and coach all I work with to enable them to have a better and more fulfilling future.

My Successes

Oscar came to see me for his quick temper and low confidence. Oscar did so well and invited me to celebrate with his family after 3 months of successfully managing and overcoming his temper. We shared cake and laughter and his family are over the moon! Well done Oscar!

I would highly recommend Sue. My life has changed for the better and I am a much happier person. I’m really impressed with the outcome, also Sue is so lovely and easy to talk to, would definitely go back if I need to.

Lily came to see me as she would only eat chips & pizza. This has been the case since she was a toddler. Her boyfriend wanted to take her out for a meal and next year wanted to take her abroad on holiday so her motivation was high to succeed. Lily wanted to try new foods and widen her choices instead of being afraid of her food. Her main wish was to have Christmas dinner with her family. This is the text I received a few days later… well done Lily, proud of you!

I had a problem that was embarrassing me at school and Sue helped me to get rid of it. And she helped me with my confidence. And she was fun! Ironman, (not his real name!)

Thank you Sue for helping me to stop sucking my thumb. At my age it was becoming too embarrassing and even my friends found it hideous! Now I have a nice thumb and nice nails too!

Sue has been doing a fantastic job with helping my grandson Jamie with his anger issues. Jamie is 10 he’s got lots of energy and is very intelligent indeed. Because he’s a smart lad Sue discovered that he needs more challenging things to do to keep him focused. Sue showed him simply exercises to help him take control when he sees “RED”. He is much happier now, thanks to Sue.

Hi Sue, I didn’t report back last week after golf as I wanted to see what it was like ‘next time’ – which was yesterday! I have to report that the ‘yip’ has all but gone!!! Fingers crossed that it’s permanent! Thank you so much for your help. It’s made a dramatic difference. Who knows, I may now end up as a Pro!!! If the problem returns, or shows signs of doing so I will be back, rest assured!

I can not believe the change one session has done for me. I can now have a good nights sleep. I am so so grateful. I’ve already had the best week and I feel fantastic! So thank you Sue. Thank you so much Sue. I never thought I would ever be able to swallow a whole tablet. It has been the bain of my life and I couldn’t see a way to resolve it. I’m so glad I met you as I can now take care of my health in a much better way.

Sue has helped me tremendously with my confidence. The faux confidence that I was able to portray when necessary, has been replaced by a genuine quiet confidence without unnecessary anxiety and toll on my energy. Sue is kind and personable and I would recommend her highly.
